HOW TO PAY VIA ATM CASHPOINT

WARNING: ATM Cashpoint payment method is temporarily disabled
due to a software upgrade and will be restored not before February 2009.
 
  • To pay by cashline card the TRANSACTION CODE obtained during the on-line booking is required.
  • A reservation must be paid within the expiration time showed during the booking operation (ten minutes for the last minute).
  • It is possible to pay a booking made on the Internet at ATM cashpoints of IntesaBci
    branches throughout Italy using one of the following cards:
    • cards with the “PagoBANCOMAT” function issued by any bank,
    • credit cards valid for the international circuit,
    • cards valid for the Moneta circuit.
 
  • To pay by cashline card the TRANSACTION CODE obtained during the on-line booking is required.
  • Insert the Cashline or Credit card and choose the option "OTHER INTESA SERVICES".
  • Select "PAGAMENTI INTERNET".
  • Select "ACQUISTI PRENOTATI".
  • Select "PAGAMENTI CHARTA".
  • Insert the TRANSACTION CODE obtained during the on-line booking omitting "CHARTA0". (Eg. if the purchase code is CHARTA010545485631 insert 10545485631)

  • Confirm the code choosing the green "Confirm" button from the keypad on the right of the screen.) [see photo 2]

  • If there is a mistake or an inexistent transaction code, the ATM cashpoint screen shows this message "NOT POSSIBLE TO PERFORM THE TRANSACTION FOR TECHNICAL REASONS" , returns the card and ends the transaction.
  • If the transaction code is correct, the customer's personal details will appear on screen. Confirm the details to proceed. [see photo 3]
  • Then the display visualises a brief summary of the booking made on the internet and gives the total amount to be paid. Confirm the payment WITHIN 30 SECONDS to proceed, or the transaction will terminate. [see photo 4]

  • If the card is multifunctional, you will be asked which method of payment you wish to use: Cashline or Credit card. [see photo 5]
  • Choose the method you wish and type in your secret number. [see photo 6]

  • Confirm the number selecting the green "Confirm" button from the keypad on the right of the screen.
  • The ATM Cashpoint performs the payment and visualises the message "Payment transaction in progress, Please wait".
 
  • If an error should occur the display visualises the message "IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO PERFORM THE TRANSACTION FOR TECHNICAL REASONS" and returns the cashline or credit card.
 
  • If there is no paper left or it is blocked the transaction cannot be carried out and won’t be completed. If the transaction is not completed no charge will be made.
 
THE PAYMENT RECEIPT PRINTOUT
 
  • After receiving the successful outcome of the card reading and payment has taken place, the cashpoint prints the transaction slip and shows the message "TRANSACTION COMPLETED".
 
  • The payment receipt must be kept and shown at the box office to collect the tickets. For the organiser operating the home delivery of tickets to the purchaser service (Teatro alla Scala), the receipt can be kept and shown at the box office should the tickets not be delivered within the given time.
 
  • To check the successful outcome of the transaction (eg. if the transaction slip is not issued) your receipt can be visualised and printed at this address:
